Purple

Blue is the warmest colour,
They say if you love something, let it go,
But I'm still thinking about how we matched in summer.
What could've, would've, should've been,
If we made purple out of Carla and Melanie.
We'll never know now what a bummer!

You said,
"damn, I love these girls with dark eyes, curly hair,
Looking like Jessica, Nina, Salma, Sophia, and Blair -
All I'm thinking about is pretty faces and warm embraces
Alexa, Leighton, and you
You wanted me to do what lovers do.
Text from you at midnight, you're my highlight -
Babes, don't threaten me with a good time!

Blue might be the warmest colour,
But you forgot about purple and what we did in summer.
In autumn you stopped calling due to unknown felony
There will be no more Carla and Melanie.
Helena, Winona, Rachel,
You love these girls with curly hair and pretty faces.
You next to him, tell me lies, tell me lies...
Got a text from you at midnight •
So, suddenly you remember my dark eyes?!

Blue might be the warmest colour,
But purple equals hot girl summer.

He'll never know you, what a bummer.
